Common Browser Issues

Why can't we print tickets or view calendars?

Typically, this is caused by one of three possible issues.
  1. Temporary Internet Cache has bad data.
  2. Adware or Spyware conflicting with Adobe PDF Reader.
  3. Internet Explorer or Operating system out of date.

How do I fix Temporary Internet Cache issues?

Simply clean out the cache. This can be accomplished by launching Internet Explorer, selecting Tools/Internet Options from the main menu, and on the General Tab under Temporary Internet Files select Delete files.

How do I fix Adware/Spyware issues?

Download and install spybotsd12.exe from our downloads, update the software using it's update feature, and search for and destroy the spybots.

How do I fix out of date browser or operating system software?

If Internet Explorer is at version 5.5 or better you can simply select Tools/Windows Update from the main menu which will take you to the Windows Update site or go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ Scan for updates and install all Critical updates. This may take several passes and you may need to reboot your computer once or twice before all critical updates have been installed. If Internet Explorer does not have a Windows Update tool or Windows update does not load properly you may need to update your browser first. Download and install Internet Explorer from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp.

If It still does not work!

99.9% of all of our issues is with Microsoft Internet Explorer or other underlying critical Windows components that support the browser. The Netscape or Mozilla web browsers may both work fine if you already have them installed. If not - we highly recommend downloading and installing the new Firefox browser. It is small, compact, fast, and works without a hitch when viewing our calendars and reports.
